Okay, SexCPotatoes has been working his butt off getting this thing nailed down, so first, THANK YOU SexC!
Second, the dates are official - April 18th - 20th, 2008.
Third, we're in the middle of working out a really decent deal for the hotel and Penn & Teller tix - we're going to need an exact head count for both (you don't have to do both if you don't want - you can come to Vegas and skip P&T, or you can just show up for P&T and hang out with a friend who lives in Vegas, your call) by Feb. 12. It's an arbitrary date I just pulled out of my head, mostly because I'm going to be out of town and 90% away from a computer from the 13th until the 28th (I have stories ready to go up, though, so don't you worry).
SO! If you're interested in attending and know you'll be needing a hotel room, let us know ASAP. If you're also interested in Penn and Teller, let us know that as well.

My plan is to roll into town Thursday the 17th, and leave broken and destitute (hopefully still drunk, not hung over) on Tuesday the 22nd. Those dates, mainly because it's the best airfare I could find.
They give you airfare predictions, and tell you whether you should 'buy now' or wait, because fares are cooling off. My dad is coming out to Vegas with me, and the prediction for the medium sized airport is that "Fares are holding steady or rising: BUY NOW."
If anybody else is coming early, or staying later than the weekend, PM me or say so here so maybe we can get a multi-room discount on the extra hotel stay by banding together. I don't know if we'll want to stay in the same or a different Casino Hotels or find a close, cheaper alternative nearby. And I have a local Vegas MI'er on email to make sure we don't book in a bad part of town.
Speak up everybody, I think we have Tonee (timeracer) R.S.V.P.'ed, so book now, I'm sure she'll show you her M.I. tattoo. _________________

I am officially RSVP'd! I can make it, because my mom and my boss both love me (and I threatened to not bring back my boss any goodies if she didn't let me go without a fight.)

Unless you're 17, you can experience a great deal of Vegas. You generally only need to be 18 to gamble, except in very specific areas. Considering Vegas, and indeed the entire state of Nevada's sheer dependence on tourism, and the recent move to more "family friendly" (read: younger people in casinos) entertainment, there'll still be plenty of Sin City type stuff to do if you're under 21 _________________ This post brought to you by Petty Revenge: When not being a jerk just won't do.

I've been to vegas before, and it'd of been a lot more fun if I could drink.
