Hehe. I still haven't had a nightmare from a King book, but that's probably 'cause I didn't start reading him until I was ~20 years old. Now I'm a collector! I even have Cycle of the Werewolf in hardcover (hard to find!). _________________ "A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have." -Pres. Ford

Well, It was the only one that ever gave me nightmares just because it was probably King's only story that had a true *monster* as the villain (not counting Randall Flagg).
But yeah, that's awesome! I only have it in soft-cover. _________________ Military intelligence/Two words combined which can't make sense...

Yeah, it's neat to say, but I haven't read it yet because I'm afraid to open it.
It was very scary. Good book. *nods* _________________ "A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have." -Pres. Ford

I really ought to read those, they're roughly the length of Tom Clancy, and the subject matter is mostly right up my alley. _________________ This post brought to you by Petty Revenge: When not being a jerk just won't do.

Um, lemme rephrase that, they're roughly the length of a Tom Clancy novel. _________________ This post brought to you by Petty Revenge: When not being a jerk just won't do.

I got that
I don't see how length should be any indication of anything to do with a book though. (Unless you're going on holiday or sommat and want something to keep you occupied, but even then - multiple books! ) _________________ fruitbat 127001.org

Well, it's usually an indicator of how long it will keep you occupied. But it's not particularly reliable.
For example, the total length of the Harry Potter books should have kept me occupied for at least 10 weeks. But it's going to end up being more like 4 weeks. _________________ "A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have." -Pres. Ford

Other than strategy guides, there's only two books I've read in the past couple of years that were less than 300 pages longs, and MI is one of them. What length has to do is most books aimed at kids top out around 120 pages, if even that much. I can sink my teeth into a book that's longer than the average Piers Anthony novel. _________________ This post brought to you by Petty Revenge: When not being a jerk just won't do.

Well, I've finished Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and HP and the Half-Blood Prince since I posted last. Tonight I start HP and the Deathly Hallows. Those books are addictive. _________________ "A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have." -Pres. Ford

It's Joe's book, Mentally Incontinent, that I donated to the public library, with picture and everything on the new library search system they just installed. _________________
