RSA: They've closed 28 Franklin County school systems in the last ten minutes. Before that there were only three.

ETA: We're up to 35 now. I hope my work calls and tells me to stay home. We'll have a popcorn, hot chocolate, and movie day. It's been way too long since we had one of those.
