You go to Waffle House for the atmosphere, not because their food is good. For me, a trip to Waffle House has always been sort of a thrill. You never know what's going to happen, what sort of freaky people you're going to see.
Even if the food wasn't cheap-delicious, I'd still go there, just for the people-watching.

The International House of Pancakes is not dissimilar to a Denny's, which, to the best of my understanding, is not dissimilar to a Waffle House.
