I remember when there was that G4 channel and this guy was doing basically the same thing, except it was at least on an upgraded cable package. I thought he'd of died of some form of heroin overdose or something before this. But it looks like he's just drank a lot instead.
By the way I just watched enough of it to confirm that he's alive and it's not some kind of robot or something. And also to get a wide angle lense shot of Joe.
