A Baconator, Joe? Sheesh, you might as well just eat lard by the fistful and follow it with a salt lick chaser.
Seriously though: 830 calories, 51g of fat (22 saturated) and 1920mg of sodium. That's one hell of an unhealthy way to fall off the training wagon. No wonder your body rebelled!
On the other hand, I'm slightly jealous that you have a Wendy's to eat at. The schmuck who owned all 13 Wendy's franchise stores in Western Massachusetts ran his stores into the ground at which point they all were shut down without warning 3 months ago. Corporate Wendy's is working to open some of the locations that they had a financial stake in but it'll probably be another month or so until one of the two near us (one location got bought at auction by a bank but the other was one Wendy's had a monetary stake in) re-opens. I miss their nice big salads and the chili too.

51g of fat?! jesus. I ate one of them before, and it REALLY wasn't even good tasting. could make a MUCH better burger at home, and it wouldn't be that bad for ya.
it was just a normal small wendy's hamburger with some gross precooked bacon.

I dunno that they have a "lock" on it - but they definitely have a knack for it. That breakfast burrito thing... If it'd come out while I was still in high school, I'd have had one every morning.

Ive always wanted to try that one breakfast sandwich at Burger King. But Im afraid to eat it, because I dont eat fast food anymore. In fact I ate something at Taco Bell on Saturday and it made me feel pretty bad.

I don't get it, the people who try to eat healthy and lose weight only lose a little, while I'll eat fast food constantly, along with food literally dripping with fat, and I don't gain an ounce. _________________ This post brought to you by Petty Revenge: When not being a jerk just won't do.
