I think Joe's got to have at least a little bit of masochist in him to be a consultant, especially an Internet consultant. Sir Geek and I did it for several years and listening to the clients blather on about what they think they want/need is enough to make your brain explode.

Oxford Dictionary says "leverage" is a noun as well as a verb.
leverage
verb [ trans. ] [usu. as adj. ] ( leveraged)

Yes, but to announce you're going to, say, "leverage" someone's skillset to make a product is like saying you're going to start your car and kick it to the store.

I'm so glad I don't deal with this kind of thing....
One great story I had was where the client wanted to use a numerical to text look up table to store all string data. ALL STRING DATA. In a nearly 2TB table set with some 2100 tables and cross lookups. As if the server won't be puking its guts out with all the existing data rules and joins.
