The left lens is definitely the curve of his cheek being seen through the lens and partof his nose. On the right...I dunno. Looks kind of like a dude smoking a bong to me.

Aww Joe had to ruin it! It would've been interesting to see what the MI users could've come up with for that answer, but o well, I guess we'll have to find another picture that could be "slightly" suggestive.

Man Joe, I haven't even posted yet and I have to go look or my curiosity will kill me. What a jerk.

EDIT: Hah hah! I still can't figure out what it is! Of course.... maybe that makes me an idiot... but up close it looks like some really funny looking mannequin that can be taken/positioned a couple different ways. If I turn my head it really looks like an elephant blowing the mannequin out of it's trunk... (It looked like a very naked lady before all of this.)
