Yes, you heard right, we're running low on stories again. And I know everyone loves reading them so much, and can't bear the thought of them running out, riiiiight?
Anyway, I realised last time this happened that it is NOT GOOD to wait 'till last minute to ask for stories, even though you guys were excellent with responding. So.... that's where this thread comes in! <3
A reminder will be posted in place of a story for a few days in... oh, a couple stories (the amount of time isn't quite set in stone just yet, probably two weeks), but:
Please consider submitting a story (or more than one - the more the better, actually)! It doesn't have to be really long, or on a specific topic. Anything is welcome, from real-life experiences to fiction, even poetry (actually, there hasn't been poetry on here in ages... hmm....).
Now, really, the only major rule you need to keep in mind is the first one listed on the submit page: "1. Stories that are little more than containers for pornography or racist / sexist viewpoints stand about a zero percent (rounding up) chance of getting posted." But I know that's not something to worry about from anyone here. ^___________^
As for the other guidelines: If your submissions are formatted perfectly, that's great! It's not the end of the world if your paragraphs get smooshed together or something, though - everything is fixable. Grammar/spelling issues will not be looked for, however, unless you ask; it's not right to go changing things without the author's permission. As for the third guideline.... all stories will (eventually) get published; we have no scheduled people at this time.
If you have any questions, feel free to either PM me or visit in Chatty Chat (there's a pretty good chance I'll be in there, especially in the evenings ^______^ ). Also, for now this thread will remain unlocked to post questions (or whatever) in, but please try not to postwhore in here, 'kay?
As always, whoever sends a story in will get a shiny star and a handful of cookies! XD
